Product Description
Bosch Rexroth's IndraDrive drive system comprises two components: the power and control sections. The control sections in the CSH series belong to the ADVANCED category and are equipped with multiple interfaces to accommodate specific applications. These control sections are widely utilized in systems for handling and mounting, machine tools, as well as in food processing and packaging equipment.
The Advanced Control Section CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-NNN-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW is a configurable model from the line-1 CSH units. It features a type 2 design and is equipped with a communication module that utilizes the Sercos Interface. The encoder on this unit features the EnDat 2.1 interface, which includes a 1Vpp voltage level and a TTL interface. This encoder uses the SERCOS communication method, which has a power consumption of 2 Watts. Additionally, there is an optional EnDat 2.1 module that can be utilized with this encoder, which has a power consumption of 6 Watts. The CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-NNN-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW has the option of a MultiMediaCard, enabling the quick and convenient transmission or duplication of drive parameters oriented towards the axis – without the need for a personal computer.
The CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-NNN-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW is designed with durability in mind, using high-quality materials and construction techniques to ensure long-lasting performance and reliability. In addition to its advanced technology and user-friendly design, the CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-NNN-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW is also highly flexible. It can be easily customized to meet the specific needs of your application, and it can be integrated into a wide range of systems and equipment. The device is equipped with a standard control panel with a single-line display and four buttons to trigger simple commands and execute several functions. These functions include establishing the reference for position data, initiating the default load procedure, and adjusting the analog outputs.
