Product Description
Drive controllers are components of Bosch Rexroth’s high-performance Rexroth IndraDrive system with power sections and control sections. They are built to control electrical motors and monitor their operation. The CSH control sections in these units belong to the ADVANCED range. They are used in handling and mounting equipment and machine tools.
The CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW is a CSH control section with the SERCOS master communication module. This allows the rapid exchange of information between the control unit and other system components, including higher-level control units. Fiber optic cables are used for their connection, providing the secure exchange of real-time data with minimal wiring. It also prevents the generation of electromagnetic interference. LEDs in the control section are used to monitor the operating status of the communication module. Its field bus transmission rate and transmission power are also set using the standard control panel. Other functions that this user panel are useful for are navigating the error memory, establishing the position data reference, establishing basic load defaults procedure, and setting the drive address.
Firmware can be used with the CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW, but it must be ordered separately. The CSH model has a compact build that simplifies its mounting and dismounting, but this must not be done more than 20 times. Its two encoder evaluation interfaces support encoders with a supply voltage rating of 5V. Examples of such encoders are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and sense lines, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. As a product of category C3 in line with IEC 61800‑3, it is best suited for use in industrial areas.
