Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s drive controllers are components of its Rexroth IndraDrive system used to control electrical motors and monitor their operation. The single-axis CSH control sections are essential parts of these drive controllers. They are used in handling and mounting equipment, machine tools, and food packaging machines.
The CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is a model of the CSH control sections in Bosch Rexroth’s ADVANCED range. It has a SERCOS master communication module that allows its communication with higher-level control units. To prevent electromagnetic interference in this connection, fiber optic cables are used, but these must be ordered separately. The control section’s control panel can be used to adjust the transmission power and field bus transmission rate of the SERCOS module. It has a single-line display with four keys used to perform these functions. Other operations that the operator panel are used for include setting the drive address, navigating the error memory, initiating the basic load defaults procedure, and establishing the position data reference.
Mounting and dismounting the CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is simplified, but it should be done a maximum of 20 times. The CSH model supports different encoders with a supply voltage rating of 5V. They include the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and sense lines. This is because it is equipped with two encoder evaluation interfaces. It belongs to category C3 in line with IEC 61800‑3; hence, it should be operated in industrial areas. When used in residential areas, measures of interference suppression must be employed. The control section’s typical inrush current is 4A, while its maximum pulse width is 100ms.
