Product Description
Two essential components form the drive controllers in the IndraDrive drive system by Bosch Rexroth: the control section and the power section. The control sections are plugged into the power section and can be mounted or dismounted as needed.
The CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW is a model of the ADVANCED CSH control sections designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is a configurable type with an encoder emulation interface for emulating absolute value and incremental encoder signals. These signals are galvanically isolated from the circuit board, and no external power supply is required. The control section is equipped with a SERCOS interface, enabling its communication with higher-level control units. Both units are connected via fiber optic cables; hence, there is excellent immunity to electromagnetic interference. Permitted switching frequencies for the operation of this CSH model are 2kHz, 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz. Its maximum pulse width is 100ms, while its typical inrush current is 4A.
Many functions are carried out using the standard control panel of the CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW. These include establishing the position data reference, accessing the error memory, setting the drive address, and starting the basic load defaults procedure. The control panel has a single-line display and four operating keys for these functions. Thanks to its two encoder evaluation interfaces, encoders with a supply voltage rating of 5V can be connected to this CSH model. Some of the encoders are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and sense lines. The CSH model is designed to be operated in industrial areas as it belongs to category C3 per IEC 61800‑3.
