The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW is a unique and highly advanced industrial control device produced by Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of induction, synchronous, and asynchronous motors used in the servo system. This electrical controller is very flexible in its operation, it can be configured to meet the motor control requirements of a wide range of industrial machines and provide the optimum technical and economical solution that is unique to you. The operation, installation, and general handling of this industrial controller is designed to be simple and safe, however, it is still important for end users to ensure that only well-trained engineers who are familiar with Rexroth Indramat machines and have gone through the documentation supplied with the controller are allowed to handle the motor.

The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW industrial controller features a special encoder interface that is compatible with a wide range of industrial motor series including the MSK, MKE, MAD, MAF, Hiperface and 5 V TTL industrial motor design. This controller also features an interface encoder emulation which carries out the emulation of absolute value and incremental encoder signals for further evaluation. The signals are galvanically isolated from the circuit board, and an external power supply unit is not necessary for the emulation. The housing of this controller features a special slot designed for a MultiMedia Card where command instructions can be stored.

The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW is designed to be operated at an ambient temperature that falls between 0 to about 40 degrees Celsius, however when it is not in operation, it can be stored at a temperature as high as 80 degree Celsius. The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW also features a safety technology which allows different application-related safety functions such as safety-related standstill, safety-related drive interlock, and safety-related speed.
