The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW is a highly sophisticated and advanced controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to improve the operational efficiency of industrial production and processing machines by accurately controlling the operation of electric motors that operate as a reliable source of kinetic energy in the servo system. This electrical motor is manufactured in accordance with international quality standards, it features a combination of past experiences with some of the latest industrial designs, and can maintain an operational efficiency as high as 95 per cent during operation. The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW industrial controller belongs to the C3 product class, its compact enclosure also provides it with protection that meets the IP20 protection class. The controller features the SERCOS II command communication interface which controls the communication between this industrial controller and all other parts of the industrial servo system.
The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW industrial controller features are designed to be perfectly safe for industrial operation, however, this operational safety is only guaranteed when the motor is used according to the instructions in the documentation supplied with the motor. Rexroth Indramat will not be responsible for any accident caused by the wrong handling of the industrial controller. The typical inrush current of this industrial motor is about 4 amperes, also at an input voltage of 24 volts, the controller consumes about 7.5 watts of electrical power.
The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW industrial controller is not supplied with a firmware module, however, this can be ordered as a separate unit by the industrial operator. This controller features digital and analogue input and output units that are already permanently integrated for communication with high-level control systems, however, this can still be expanded by the integration of digital or analogue input-output extensions.
