Product Description
There are several state-of-the-art components in Bosch Rexroth’s high-performance IndraDrive drive system. One of these is the drive controller composed of a control section and a power section. These drive units are commonly used in machine tools, food processing and packaging machines, and handling and mounting systems.
The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-MA1-NN-S-XP-FW is a Bosch Rexroth control section in the ADVANCED range of the CSH series. It is compatible with encoders with supply voltages of DC 8V or AC 18.2V peak-peak thanks to its interface for Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation. Its encoder evaluation interface also supports those with a supply voltage of 5V. Examples are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and sense lines, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. The configurable control section has a standard control panel with four keys and a single-line display. The panel is used to set the drive address, access the error memory, and start the basic load defaults procedure.
Firmware use is supported with the CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-MA1-NN-S-XP-FW, but it must be ordered separately. It has a SERCOS communication module; hence, its drive controller can be connected to more advanced control units via fiber optic cables. The data rate and transmission power of the bus system are adjusted using the standard control panel or the serial interface X2. This CSH control section allows switching frequencies of 2kHz, 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz. Its typical inrush current is 4A, and its maximum pulse width is 100ms. Like other IndraDrive components, it belongs to category C3 per IEC 61800‑3, indicating that it is best suited for industrial areas.
