Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is recognized for its innovative contributions to the global drive market. Its Rexroth IndraDrive drive system consists of components like servo motors, drive controllers, and inverters. The CSH control sections are part of the drive controllers used in machine tools and handling and mounting systems.
The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-EN2-NN-S-NN-FW is one of the high-performance control sections in the CSH series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It belongs to the ADVANCED range and category C3 per IEC 61800‑3, indicating that it should be operated in industrial areas only. Its interfaces include an interface for Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation and two standard encoder evaluation interfaces for encoders with a supply voltage of 5V. Hence, it supports a wide range of encoder systems, including those with supply voltages of DC 8V or AC 18.2V peak-peak. They include the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and sense lines, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the resolvers without data memory.
Communication between the CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-EN2-NN-S-NN-FW and other system components is via a SERCOS interface. This communication module uses fiber optic cables to ensure rapid data transfer. Its data rate and transmission power can be adjusted using the serial interface X2 or the inbuilt standard control panel. Other functions of this user panel include setting the analog outputs, establishing the position data reference, and setting the drive address. The control section can also be commissioned remotely using the simple but smart IndraWorks software created by Bosch Rexroth. It has spring terminals and screw terminal blocks at its connection points. Suitable switching frequencies for its operation are 2kHz, 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz.
