Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s drive controllers have two essential parts: the control section and the power section. Its CSH control sections are in the ADVANCED range and are designed to provide maximum performance and flexibility. The units are commonly used in handling and mounting systems.
The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN1-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is a CSH control section model with the SERCOS interface. This means it can interact with high-level control units via a fiber optic cable, which is ordered separately. It also has two interfaces for Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation, allowing encoders with supply voltages of DC 8V or AC 18.2V peak-peak. Some of these encoder systems are the encoders for MHD and MKD motors, resolvers without data memory, and the Hall sensor box SHL01.1. The control section is the configurable type and supports the use of firmware. However, the firmware must be ordered separately. It belongs to category C3 per IEC 61800‑3; hence, it should be operated in industrial areas only.
Commissioning the CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN1-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW can be done using the smart IndraWorks engineering tool created by Bosch Rexroth. Alternatively, the control section can be operated using its standard control panel. This user panel is suitable for setting the drive address, establishing the position data reference, and starting the basic load defaults procedure. It can also be used to set the transmission power of the SERCOS communication module and its field bus transmission rate. These functions can be accessed with its four keys and single-line display. The connection points at this CSH control section are equipped with spring terminals and screw terminal blocks. It also has a typical inrush current of 4A and a maximum pulse width of 100ms.
