Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s CSH control sections are components of its highly functional drive controllers. They are characterized by top performance and compatibility with different control communication options and encoder interfaces. The typical applications of the units include machine tools and paper processing and printing machines.
The CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW is a model of the ADVANCED control sections of the CSH series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It features a SERCOS interface for communication; hence, the drive controller can be connected to higher-level control units via fiber optic cables. The data rate and transmission power of the module can be adjusted using the serial interface X2 or the unit’s standard control panel. This control panel has a single-line display and four keys used to carry out many other functions. They include setting the analog outputs, accessing the error memory and initiating the basic load defaults procedure. The activities of the communication module can be monitored using LEDs, making false detection and resolution easier.
There are two interfaces for Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation in the CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW. They are ideal for encoders with supply voltages of DC 8V or AC 18.2V peak-peak, such as the encoders for MHD and MKD motors and resolvers without data memory. The configurable control section also has a digital I/O extension, providing 12 digital 24V inputs and eight digital 24V outputs. Firmware use is supported in this CSH model, but must be ordered separately. Its typical inrush current is 4A, while its maximum pulse width is 100ms. Like other control sections in the CSH series, the connection points at this model are equipped with spring terminals and screw terminal blocks.
