Product Description
The CSH01.1C-S3-ENS-EN2-MD1-S1-S-NN-FW advanced control section produced by Bosch Rexroth is not to be operated under water. This section has 1 design code. The product is meant to be installed considering the ambient operating conditions. The device houses an EnDat 2.1 / 1 Vpp / TTL encoder at its X8 connecting point. The encoder renders standard emulation and is connected by means of a D-Sub female connector with 15 poles using a cable with 0.25mm2 to 0.5mm2 stranded wire. The connector has two separate pins to transmit positive and negative data. The section reads and stores data such as the operating data, firmware and drive parameters in the memory card.
The product comprises a Type 2 relay contact with a maximum 1ADC current carrying capacity and 30VDC voltage load capacity. The device also incorporates two digital inputs that can function as probe inputs. The unit implements Safety Technology I/O at the X41 connecting point. This safety option permits multiple application-related safety functions such as safety-related standstill, direction of motion, reduced speed and drive interlock to mention just a few. The digital outputs of this section should never be operated near low-resistance sources. It is fitted with a type plate that highlights its type designation.
The device is associated with a minimum SERCOS cycle time of 250µs. The unit is free of harmful substances such as asbestos, mercury and PCB. It can be connected with either spring terminals or screw terminal blocks. The connection style depends on the option used for the connection. The section has 8.5W power consumption at 24VDC including its multimedia card and control panel. The product is equipped with a RS 232 serial interface that is used for programming, diagnosis and parameterization during servicing and commissioning-related activities.
