Product Description
Drive controllers are components of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system created to control and monitor the operations of electrical motors. Each drive controller in this system is composed of a power section and a control section, with the control section plugged into the other part. The CSH control sections belong in the ADVANCED range and are used in handling and mounting systems, machine tools, and packaging and food machines.
The CSH01.1C-S3-EN2-NNN-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW is one of the CSH control sections in the drive controllers of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. It is a configurable type whose interaction with other units is facilitated by a SERCOS III module. This module is the Ethernet-based version of SERCOS II, and its interface complies with the IEE 802.3 standard. The control section also features an encoder evaluation interface for encoders like the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface and sense lines and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. These encoders have a supply voltage of 5V. In addition, the control section’s encoder emulation interface emulates absolute value and incremental encoder signals, which are galvanically isolated from the circuit board.
Using the Rexroth IndraWorks software, the CSH01.1C-S3-EN2-NNN-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW can be commissioned. Its standard plug-in user panel with a single-line display is an alternative for this. The user panel can perform several operations like setting the drive address, initiating the basic load defaults procedure, and establishing the position data reference. Thanks to the compact size of the control section, it can be mounted and dismounted from its power section up to 20 times. Its typical inrush current is 4A, and it has a maximum pulse width of 100ms.
