The Bosch CSH01.1C-S3-EN2-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW is an advanced control section. Bosch develops multiple categories of control sections for its controllers from the IndraDrive product line. These also include basic and basic universal control sections. These different categories differ in terms of slots for plug-in modules, integrated I/O and other software features. The CSH01.1C-S3-EN2-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW comes with several pre-installed plug in modules. These include a digital I/O extension module with SSI encoder interface, an encoder module with EnDat 2.1 interface, and a safety module that supports safe torque off. One slot for a plug in module on the CSH01.1C-S3-EN2-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW is vacant. This slot can be used by operators and customers depending on the application requirements. The CSH01.1C-S3-EN2-NNN-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW is convection-cooled device. The recommended ambient temperature is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. Ring topology provides a major advantage i.e. that of redundancy and allows communication to continue even if a node is disconnected.
