Product Description
Motion control can be done efficiently with the IndraDrive drive controllers designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. These devices have two vital parts: the power section and the control section. There are different types of control sections, which differ based on configurability, available interfaces, and switching frequencies.
The CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN2-NNN-NN-S-XP-FW is a configurable control section model in the ADVANCED range by Bosch Rexroth. It promotes motion control by working with a wide range of encoder systems. To this end, it is equipped with a standard encoder evaluation interface for encoders with a 12V supply voltage. The interface has 15 poles and the D-sub type of connection point for the connection of encoders, including the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the Hiperface interface, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder. This CSH model is designed to be operated in industrial areas as it can produce high-frequency interference when used in a public low-voltage mains that supplies residential areas.
A parallel interface communication module aids the connection of the CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN2-NNN-NN-S-XP-FW to other motion control units. It has 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs, which are galvanically obtained from the control section. They are also arranged in groups containing four inputs and four outputs each. The inputs are reverse polarity-protected while the outputs are short-circuit-proof. Commissioning this CSH control section model can be done using the IndraWorks software for PC or its integrated standard control panel. This user panel has a single-line display and provides quick guidance to users. It also performs functions like setting the drive address, accessing the error memory, and setting the analog outputs.
