Product Description
The Rexroth IndraDrive drive system is an ultra-modern complete automation solution designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It consists of various sophisticated components, including drive controllers, servo motors, servo drives, gearboxes, etc. The drive controllers are innovative devices commonly used in several industrial machines such as handling and mounting systems, packaging and food machines, printing and paper processing machines, and machine tools.
Bosch Rexroth's CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN2-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW is one of the control sections in its drive controllers. It is a CSH model and thus is in the ADVANCED control section range. This control section is equipped with a starting lockout safety technology. It also features two digital inputs that can be used as one analog output. Its encoder evaluation interface enables the connection of encoders requiring a supply voltage of 5V. These include the sin-cos encoder (1Vpp) with EnDat2.1 and sense lines, the sin-cos encoder (1Vpp) with reference track, and the 5V-TTL square wave encoder with reference track. Like other components of the Rexroth IndraDrive system, this control section is also equipped with Protection Extra-Low Voltage systems (PELVs).
A user-friendly standard control panel is used in navigating the CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN2-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW. It is operated via four keys, and its functions include setting the analog outputs, initiating basic load default procedure, establishing the position data reference, etc. This CSH model also features a standard encoder interface with a D-sub type connection point. It has 15 poles and is suited to encoders with 12V supply voltage. Furthermore, the control section possesses a parallel interface that functions as its communication module. It also supports a wide range of pulse switching frequencies, including 2kHz, 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz.
