Product Description
Bosch Rexroth's drive controllers are used in monitoring and controlling motor functions. They are designed to be suitable for both single-axis and multi-axis operations. These controllers consist of a control section and a power section. The control sections are plugged into power sections and vary in configurability, available interfaces, cycle times, and pulse switching frequencies.
The CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN2-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW is a control section model in the CSH series. It has a parallel interface comprising 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs, which are galvanically isolated. The inputs and outputs are organized into groups with four outputs and four inputs. Other available interfaces in the control section are a standard encoder interface designed for encoder systems with a 12V supply voltage and an encoder evaluation interface for encoder systems with a 5V supply voltage. This control section is configurable and is built for single-axis operations. According to IEC 61800-3, it is classified as a product of Category C3; thus, it was designed for industrial purposes only.
Furthermore, the CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN2-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW utilizes Safety Technology I/O, which enables various application-related safety functions. These include safety-related standstill, safety-related drive interlock, safety-related reduced speed, etc. The use of firmware is also enabled in this control section, although it is purchased separately as a sub-item. There are Protective Extra-Low Voltage systems (PELVs) in this control section which aid in protecting users against electric shock. These PELVs include all terminals with a supply voltage range of 5V-50V and are used to connect devices with basic insulation. Like other CSH controllers, this model also features four combined I/Os, which can be programmed to function as a digital output or digital input.
