Product Description
Operations with high demands in performance and dynamics can be carried out efficiently using the CSH control sections from Bosch Rexroth. They are components of the drive controllers in the company’s Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. Typically, they are used for applications such as machine tools, handling and mounting systems, and printing and paper processing machines.
The CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN2-EN2-NN-S-NN-FW is one of the control sections of the CSH series in Bosch Rexroth’s drive controllers. It is a compact, configurable model with a standard encoder evaluation interface and two encoder evaluation interfaces. The standard encoder evaluation interface allows the connection of encoders with a 12V supply voltage while the other two support encoders with a supply voltage of 5V. Examples of encoders that suit these interfaces are the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the encoder system of the IndraDyn S MSK motors, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface. The three encoder evaluation interfaces have the D-sub type of connection point with 15 poles. This CSH model can easily be mounted and dismounted from its power section, but this must not exceed 20 times.
With its parallel interface communication module, the CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN2-EN2-NN-S-NN-FW communicates effectively with other control units. This module contains 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs, which are galvanically isolated from the control section. They are also arranged in groups of 4 inputs and 4 outputs each. The control section can be operated at switching frequencies of 2kHz, 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz. Its typical inrush current is 4A, while its maximum pulse width is 100ms. There is a standard control panel on the device with a single-line display and four prominent keys.
