Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive drive system combines three unique product advantages: scalability in functionality, consistent technology, and open communication. As a result, it is ideal for solving various automation challenges. One of the components of this drive system is the drive controller, composed of a control section and a power section. The CSH control sections are a group of devices in the drive controllers.
The CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN1-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is a model of the configurable control sections of Bosch Rexroth’s CSH series. It features a standard encoder evaluation interface that supports the connection of encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. Encoders that are compatible with this interface include the encoder system of the IndraDyn S MSK motors, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the Hiperface interface, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track.. Another interface in this control section is the resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface. It is suitable for encoders with a DC 8 V or AC 18.2 V peak-peak supply voltage.
To communicate with other control units, the CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN1-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is equipped with a parallel interface module. It contains 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs which are arranged into groups of 4 inputs and 4 outputs each. The supported switching frequencies for the operation of this control section are 2kHz, 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz. It also comes with a standard user panel for setting the drive address, starting the basic load defaults procedure, establishing the position data reference, and setting the analog outputs. This control panel has a single-line display and four robust keys for carrying out these functions. According to IEC 61800‑3, it is a product of category C3.
