Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth drive controllers are dynamic devices configured to ensure specific applications for electrical motors. A drive controller consists of a control section plugged into a power section. Control sections fix the functions of drive controllers, and they vary in their configurability, available interfaces, cycle times, and pulse switching frequencies. Drive control units are commonly used in machine tools, handling and mounting systems, printing and paper-processing machines, and food and packaging machines.
The CSH01.1C-PL-EN2-EN2-MD1-S1-S-NN-FW is a control section in the CSH series. Like other CSH models, it is an ADVANCED control section; thus, it meets high performance and high dynamics demands. Its Digital I/O extension module is a D-sub type interface with 25 poles. It is also equipped with Protective Extra-Low Voltage (PELV) systems, which offer protection against electric shock. The PELV systems are used to connect devices with basic insulation, such as display units, personal computers, and notebooks. This CSH model also permits the use of firmware; however, it is ordered as a separate sub-unit.
Two encoder evaluation interfaces on the CSH01.1C-PL-EN2-EN2-MD1-S1-S-NN-FW allow for the connection of encoder systems that require a supply voltage of 5V. These include the sin-cos encoder (1Vpp) with reference track and the 5V-TTL square wave encoder with reference track. The control section also features a safety technology I/O which enables the execution of applications-related safety functions. These include safety-related standstill, safety-related drive interlock, and safety-related reduced speed. This CSH model is commissioned using a standard control panel with a single-line graphical display and is navigated using its four keys. In addition, it must be plugged in before switching on the drive controller to function effectively.
