Product Description
Bosch Rexroth sets new standards in the global drive industry with its IndraDrive controllers. The IndraDrive drive system is an integrated hardware platform with several benefits, including scalable functionality and a unique safety concept. The CSH control sections are components of this drive system. Their areas of application include conveying and storage systems, glass processing machines, woodworking machines, metal forming machines, and machine tools.
One of the models of the control sections in the IndraDrive drive controller is the CSH01.1C-PL-EN2-EN2-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW. It is in the ADVANCED range and has a single axis. Its communication is via the Parallel Interface, a multiline channel with each line capable of transmitting several bits of data simultaneously. The Parallel Interface is made up of 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs that are in groups of four inputs and four outputs each. This control unit is equipped with two optional modules for encoder evaluation supply voltage of 5V. Examples of these are the sin-cos encoder EnDat 2.1 (1 Vpp) with sense lines and reference track and the 5V TTL square-wave encoder with reference track.
The CSH01.1C-PL-EN2-EN2-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW has permanently integrated digital and analog inputs and outputs for communication with higher-level control systems. These are expanded by analog I/O extensions used to equip the control unit with analog channels of better resolution. The control unit features a standard plug-in operating panel with a single-line display and four keys. The single-line display shows operating states, command and error diagnosis, and pending warnings. The four keys are used by the user to commission the control unit. An optional MultiMediaCard allows the transmission or duplication of axis-oriented drive parameters quickly and easily.
