Product Description
Bosch Rexroth manufactures solutions that solve automation challenges in the global drive industry. One of these is the IndraDrive drive controller, which consists of two essential parts: the power section and the control section. The different models of the control sections differ in performance, function, and configuration. They can be combined with various firmware versions and modules to meet different industrial tasks. These control units have a flexible design, making them adaptable to tackle specific tasks.
The CSH01.1C-PL-EN2-EN1-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW is an ADVANCED single-axis control unit that meets the highest requirements in terms of performance and dynamics. Its control communication is via the Parallel Interface, which is characterized by 16 reverse polarity-protected inputs and 16 short-circuit proof outputs. The Parallel Interface is also suitable for input/output extension in conjunction with IndraMotion MLD. This high-performance control unit is equipped with safety technology according to EN 13849-1 and EN 62061. Its safety technology module is the safety technology I/O, which permits several application-related safety functions, including safety-related standstill, safety-related drive interlock, safety-related reduced speed, and safety-related direction of motion.
With two optional encoder interfaces, the CSH01.1C-PL-EN2-EN1-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW can be connected to different servo motors manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. One optional encoder interface supports encoder systems with a supply voltage of 5V, such as the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and sense lines. The other is for resolvers and encoder systems with the HSF interface, standard for MHD and MKD motors with a supply voltage of 8V. This control unit has a standard plug-in operating panel that guides users through all the start-up steps. It functions with a firmware that fixes the drives' function.
