Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive drive system is a comprehensive automation product suitable for various mechanical requirements. Its components include drive controllers, which are devices designed to regulate and track the functions of electrical motors. They are used in machine tools, handling and mounting systems, food and packaging machines, etc. These devices consist essentially of a control section plugged into a power section. Control sections direct the operations of drive controllers, and they differ in their configurability, available interfaces, and switching frequencies.
The CSH01.1C-PL-EN1-EN2-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is a model control section in the CSH series. It features a parallel interface that serves as its communication technology. Its encoder evaluation interface is designed for encoder systems that require a supply voltage of 5V, such as the sin-cos encoder (1Vpp) with reference track and 5V-TTL wave encoder with reference track. This control section is equipped with two digital inputs that can operate as one voltage analog input. Also, like all CSH models, its pulse switching frequencies are 2kHz, 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz.
The Analog I/O Extension on the CSH01.1C-PL-EN1-EN2-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW increases the number of analog channels available to the control section while providing access to higher resolution analog channels. This control section also has a Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface, a D-sub type interface with 15 poles that each transmit different signals. A standard control panel with a single-line interface is also present in this control section. Its functions include setting the drive address, setting the position data reference, and accessing the error memory. In addition, this CSH model is a product of category C3 per IEC 61800-3 and thus most suitable for applications in industrial settings.
