Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth drive controllers are ultra-modern devices with a wide range of capabilities. Together with advanced motion control units and dynamic servo motors, they are components of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. Drive controllers are designed to control the electrical motors’ operation and can be configured to enable motors to perform specific tasks. Their applications include food and packaging machines, handling and mounting systems, printing and paper processing machines, and machine tools.
The CSH01.1C-PL-EN1-EN2-EN2-NN-S-NN-FW is an ADVANCED control section manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It features a resolver and HSF encoder interface, enabling the evaluation of encoder systems with a supply voltage of DC 8 V or AC 18.2 V peak-peak. These include the resolver encoder, hall sensor box SHL01.1, and the digital servo feedback encoder. The control unit is configurable and built for single-axis tasks. It is also equipped with Protective Extra-Low Voltage systems. These include all connection terminals with 5V to 50V supply voltages, and they are designed to prevent electric shock when connecting to devices with basic insulation.
The encoder evaluation interface on the CSH01.1C-PL-EN1-EN2-EN2-NN-S-NN-FW supports encoders such as the sin cos encoder (1Vpp; EnDat 2.1) with sense lines, sin cos encoder (1Vpp) with reference track, and 5V-TTL square wave encoder with reference track. This control section also utilizes a parallel interface as its communication technology. The module features 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs galvanically isolated from the control section. A standard control panel is used to commission and navigate the control section. This control panel features a single-line display and is operated via four robust keys. The CSH model also has four integrated I/Os.
