Product Description
Designed for high functionality and a wide range of applications, the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system by Bosch Rexroth has several features. One of its components is the drive controller, which has a control section and a power section as its essential parts. The CSH control sections are devices in the ADVANCED control section range designed to meet high performance and dynamics demands with an improved level of flexibility.
The CSH01.1C-PL-EN1-EN1-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is a configurable control section in the CSH series by Bosch Rexroth. It is equipped with two Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interfaces which are compatible with encoder systems that utilize a supply voltage of DC 8 V or AC 18.2 V peak-peak. Some of these encoders are Resolver without data memory, digital servo feedback for MHD motors, and the Resolver encoder interface for MKD motors. The communication module of this CSH model is Parallel Interface, and it contains 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs, organized into groups of four inputs and four outputs each. These inputs are protected against reverse polarity while the outputs are short-circuit proof.
A standard control panel on the CSH01.1C-PL-EN1-EN1-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW can be used to establish the position data reference, navigate the error memory, and start the basic load defaults procedure of the drive controller. It has a single-line display where the relevant information can be viewed and four keys for performing these functions. This CSH control section is a category C3 product according to IEC 61800‑3, indicating that it is suitable for industrial areas only. When it is operated in a public low-voltage mains supplying residential areas, measures of radio interference suppression must be employed
