Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s drive controllers are built with a modular design that gives them high flexibility for various applications. The drive controllers of the CSH series in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system by the company are composed of two essential components - the control section and the power section. Bosch Rexroth’s control sections differ based on their interfaces and functionality. Those in the CSH series are designed for high-performance operations.
The CSH01.1C-PL-EN1-EN1-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW is a model of the CSH control sections in the ADVANCED range by Bosch Rexroth. It features a Parallel Interface module that contains 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs. These inputs and outputs are designed in groups of four inputs and four outputs each, with the inputs offering protection against reverse polarity. The outputs are also short-circuit proof. Another set of interfaces in this control section is its two Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interfaces. These interfaces support encoder systems with a supply voltage of DC 8 V or AC 18.2 V peak-peak. Examples of these encoder systems are the digital servo feedback option for MHD motors and Resolver without data memory.
Several application-related safety functions are available on the CSH01.1C-PL-EN1-EN1-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW thanks to its Safety Technology I/O module. They include safety-related drive interlock, safety-related reduced speed, and safety-related direction of motion. The control section comes with a standard user panel that performs several operations such as setting the drive address, establishing the position data reference, and navigating the error memory. Its compact size allows it to be easily mounted and dismounted from its drive controller, but this should be done a maximum of 20 times. It also supports firmware use.
