Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s control sections are a part of drive controllers, which are designed to control electrical motors and monitor their operations. There are different models of control sections, and they are distinguished by their configurability, functional interfaces, and cycle times. The classes of control sections available include BASIC, BASIC UNIVERSAL, and ADVANCED with non-configurable or configurable axes. Bosch Rexroth’s CSH class of control sections belong in the ADVANCED range and are suitable for single-axis operations.
One of the CSH models is the CSH01.1C-PB-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW. Its communication is carried out by the PROFIBUS network, an economical communication system that requires less cabling and thus less installation effort. The control section functions with firmware which fixes the function of the drive controller and is ordered as a separate subposition. A multimedia card can be used as firmware in this control section to read, store, and transfer data. The control section is equipped with the safety function, Safe Torque Off, which is an emergency stop safety function. This safety technology module prevents the drive controller from switching on abruptly.
The CSH01.1C-PB-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW is equipped with a standard control panel. This standard control panel has a single-line display and four keys. The single-line display shows operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings. Its keys are used by the commissioning engineer to set the communication, display extended diagnosis, and trigger simple commands. The engineer uses the standard control panel to set the drive address, establish the position data reference, look at the error memory, set the analog outputs, and start the basic load defaults procedure. This CSH model is compact and designed for simplified mounting up to 20 times.
