Different ultra-modern and futuristic drive components make up the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. These include servo motors, drive controllers, frequency converters, and power units. The drive controllers in this drive system have two essential parts: the control section and the power section. The CSH control sections are single-axis control sections in these drive controllers and are designed for high-performance and highly dynamic operations. They are usually plugged into the power sections.

The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW is a model of the configurable control sections of the CSH series by Bosch Rexroth. It is a single-axis type in the ADVANCED control section range that is equipped with the standard encoder evaluation interface. This interface supports encoders with a supply voltage of 12V, such as the encoder system of the IndraDyn S MSK motors, the sin-cos encoder( 1 Vpp) with Hiperface, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 interface, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track. The control section also features a PROFIBUS master communication module for its interaction with other devices.

Absolute value and incremental encoder signals can be emulated by the encoder emulation interface of the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW. These signals are galvanically obtained from the circuit board, and this process does not require an external power supply. Safe Motion is the safety technology option of this CSH control section model. It allows different application-related safety functions such as safe maximum speed, safe direction, and safe door locking. The control section also works with firmware and can be operated using the user-friendly Rexroth IndraWorks software for PC. It is a product of category C3 according to IEC 61800‑3.
