The drive controllers are designed to track and regulate the operations of motors. They feature varying drive powers, ensuring application-specific usage. A drive controller in the drive system is made up of a control section and a power section. It can be used in food and packaging machines, handling and mounting systems, machine tools, and printing and paper processing machinery.

The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-NNN-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW is a control section in the CSH01 series. It is configurable and can be applied to single-axis operations, and has two digital inputs which can function as one analog input.  This control section features a standard encoder interface with 15 poles designed to transmit distinct signals. It is also classified as a product of category C3 per IEC 61800-3 standards; hence it is best suited for use in industrial areas. It is also equipped with an encoder emulation interface, which can function without an external power supply.

The communication technology of the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-NNN-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW is a PROFIBUS interface. This control section has a safety technology I/O module that permits application-related safety functions.
