The Bosch Rexroth's drive controllers are built to monitor and regulate the operations of electrical motors. They are components of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system and are suitable for applications in single and multi-axis drive and control operations. A control section plugged into a power section constitutes the essential part of these drive controllers. Their applications include machine tools, food and packaging machines, printing and paper processing machines, and handling and mounting systems.
The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-NNN-MEM-NN-S-XP-FW is a configurable control section designed by Bosch Rexroth. Similar to other devices in the CSH01 series, it is of the ADVANCED range and is suited to single-axis operations. It features a PROFIBUS interface, which functions as a communication module. It also has four combined I/Os, which can be configured to function as a digital input or digital output. The control section is equipped with a standard encoder interface which enables the connection of encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. They include the sin-cos encoder (1Vpp) with reference track, 5V-TTL square wave encoder with reference track, and sin-cos encoder (1Vpp) with Hiperface interface.
Firmware use is supported in the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-NNN-MEM-NN-S-XP-FW. This product also features an emulation encoder interface which allows for the emulation of absolute value and incremental encoder signals for further evaluation by the control unit. The pulse switching frequencies available for the control section are 2kHz, 4kHZ, 8kHZ, 12kHZ, and 16kHZ. It is commissioned with a standard control panel which is operated with four robust keys. This user panel executes vital functions such as accessing the error memory, setting the analog outputs, initiating the basic load default procedure, and setting the position data reference.
