Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive drive controller is made up of a power section and a control section. The control section is a separate component designed to be plugged into the power section. It is made of the best available materials and well-tested before distribution to users. They are typically used in handling and mounting systems, packaging and food machines, printing and paper processing machines, and machine tools.
The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-NNN-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW is an ADVANCED configurable control section with a single axis in the CSH series. Its communication is via the PROFIBUS network. The connections and terminals of this control section between 5V and 50V are protective extra-low voltage systems. They allow the control section to be connected to devices with basic insulation like programming devices, PCs, notebooks, and display units. The CSH control section functions with firmware, which fixes the function of the drive controller. It can be mounted and dismounted a maximum of 20 times to prevent damage. There are two optional modules for encoder evaluation and emulation in motors connected to the control section.
The standard control panel of the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-NNN-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW has a single-line display and four keys. The display shows operating states, command and error diagnosis, and pending warnings. The four keys are used to commission the control section and the communication system. With the standard control panel, the user can set the drive address, establish the position data reference, look at the error memory, set the analog outputs, and start the basic load defaults procedure. All accessories to be used with this control section, including the device used to adjust the voltage of the encoders, should be purchased from Bosch Rexroth.
