The Bosch Rexroth CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MEM-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW is a modular control section. Both the hardware and software are modular. The basic unit of the control section hardware has four slots for optional modules. Three of these slots are designated for plug in modules and one slot is designated for a safety module. A slot for a removable memory card is also provided on the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MEM-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW. The safety module installed on the control section supports safety technology I/O. The plug in modules installed on the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MEM-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW include analog I/O extensions, encoder emulation and encoder IndraDyn with Hiperface. The software is also modular in that different firmware that support different features sets can be ordered and installed on the device. The control section and optional modules draw power from the power section on which the control section is installed.
The power section gets power from a power supply module. The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MEM-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW mounts on the power section and has a power consumption of 7.5 Watts. The master communication interface on the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MEM-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW supports Profibus. The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MEM-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW is only compatible with a standard control panel. This type of control panel has a single-line display and four-button keypad. The control panel supports functions including setting of the drive address, setting the SERCOS transmit power, established a reference for the position data and setting the analog outputs.
The height of the control section is 241 millimeters, the depth is 103 millimeters and the width is 49.5 millimeters. The mounting orientation of the unit is vertical. The control section and associated equipment require professional installation for proper operation. Only approved accessories and spare parts should be used. Operation is only permitted under specified ambient conditions.
