The Bosch Rexroth CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MEM-MA1-L2-S-NN-FW is a digital control section. It is a primary component of drive controllers from the IndraDrive series. The control section is offered as a part of assembled and configured drive controllers. The other components include a power section, firmware and a control panel. The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MEM-MA1-L2-S-NN-FW can also be offered as an independent component: in such cases the device has to be manually plugged in to the power section. This exercise must be done by trained personnel only. To prevent hardware damage, the number of times that the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MEM-MA1-L2-S-NN-FW is plugged into a compatible power section should not exceed 20. IndraDrive controllers are used for motor control in applications that include handling and mounting systems, machine tools and food machines. The recommended working temperature range is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius.

The cold air enters at the bottom of the controller and the heated air exits at the top. Thus the heat is dissipated inside the control cabinet. Maintenance of ambient temperature within permitted values may require the use of large control cabinets. The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MEM-MA1-L2-S-NN-FW features pre-installed optional modules including encoder emulation, analog I/O extension and encoder IndraDyn. The safety module installed on the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MEM-MA1-L2-S-NN-FW supports safe torque off. The master communication interface is Profibus. The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MEM-MA1-L2-S-NN-FW is only compatible with a standard control panel.
