The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MA1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth control section for drive controllers. The CSH series is one of the types of control sections that Bosch develops for its IndraDrive product line. The different types of control sections differ in configurability, slots for optional modules and suitability for single- or dual axis applications. The CSH01.1 series is configurable and its basic unit features four slots for optional modules. The modules that are installed on the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MA1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW include an encoder IndraDyn module, an analog I/O extension module and a digital I/O extension module. The I/O modules are used to enhance the number of total I/Os on the device. The analog I/O module is used to increase the number of available analog channels and to equip control sections with analog channels that have better resolution.

The analog I/O module installed on the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MA1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW adds two differential analog input channels and two analog output channels. Both of these types of analog channels have 12-bit resolution and operate at ±10 Volts. The digital I/O module installed on the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MA1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW makes available 12 additional 24 Volt input channels and 8 additional 24 Volts output channels. Master communication on the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MA1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW is Profibus. The unit is only compatible with a standard control panel and not with a comfort control panel. The firmware for the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-MA1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW is ordered separately. The installed firmware can be identified by the type plate attached to the control section. The type plate must be checked at time of equipment delivery to ensure that the correct equipment has been delivered. If a product from the manufacturer is found to be damaged, then it should not be installed or put into operation.
