The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN2-NNN-NN-S-XP-FW is an advanced control module that is designed for the IndraDrive drive controllers manufactured by the company. This control section is a separate component of the drive system and its design allows direct plug-in operation in the power device. The IndraDrive drive controllers have exceptional performance characteristics that allow their use in food machines, packaging equipment, mounting machines, foodstuff machines, paper printing systems, and paper manufacturing equipment. The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN2-NNN-NN-S-XP-FW is considered an advanced control module that has been provided with a configurable single axis. A configuration slot for safety technology is also provided in this model. This model is provided with an RS232 serial interface for better communication. There are 7 to 11 digital inputs in this model and the four I/Os provided in the system can be configured as a digital input or digital output.
The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN2-NNN-NN-S-XP-FW has a single analog input that is designed for multiple operating frequencies. There are multiple switching frequencies in this model including 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, 16 kHz, etc. Owing to very short cycle times, the control section is a rapid response time with the ability to adjust the speed and position rapidly. The current control time of this rapid response drive ranges from 62.5 microseconds to 125 microseconds. The minimum sercos cycle time of this model is 250 microseconds. This control section comes with an Encoder HSF/RSF option. Various types of functional modules can be used with this model. Each module can be inserted inside the slots and unlocks a specific functionality.
