Product Description
The drive controllers of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth comprise two essential parts - the control section and the power section. The control section of a drive controller will be found plugged into the power section, but it exists as an independent component. This also applies to the high-performance CSH01 series of single-axis control sections. These future-proof devices play a significant role in controlling electrical motors and monitoring their operations.
The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-MD1-L1-S-NN-FW is a model of the single-axis control sections in the ADVANCED control section range. It is built with a standard encoder evaluation interface that permits the connection of encoder systems with a 12V supply voltage. These encoders include the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the encoders of the MSK motors of the IndraDyn S family, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. There is also a Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface on this control section. It connects encoder systems with a supply voltage of DC 8V or AC 18.2V peak-peak.
With the Digital I/O extension of the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-MD1-L1-S-NN-FW, 12 digital 24V inputs and 8 digital 24V outputs are available. The configurable control section has starting lockout, which complies with stop category 0, based on the EN60204-1 standard, as its safety technology module. It also has a standard control panel with a single-line display and four robust keys. These keys enable the control panel to be used to access extended diagnoses of the drive controller and to initiate simple commands. The single-line display is where information like the error memory, drive address, and other relevant information can be viewed.
