The Bosch Rexroth CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a digital control section. It is supplied by Bosch as a component of a completely assembled and configured IndraDrive controller. The controller with the control section is deployed for motor control in industrial applications such as handling systems, mounting systems, printing machines and food machines. The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW supports Profibus master communication. Profibus is a standard for fieldbus communication in automation technology. The physical medium used for Profibus networks is twisted pair cable. Profibus can support data rates ranging from 9.6 kbps to 12 Mbps. The length for repeaters on the cable is limited to 1200 meters. Profibus can also operate over fiber optical cables. The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is an advanced control section that can be configured from a standard control panel. The standard control panel does not support hot swap capability
The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW three slots that can accommodate plug in modules and a slot for a single safety module. The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW does not include a pre-installed safety module. Three pre-installed plug in modules are available on the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW including cross communication drive, encoder HSF / RSF and IndraDyn encoder. If the CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN1-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is supplied by Bosch as an independent unit, it needs to be mounted on a compatible power section. The power draw of the control section is 7.5 Watts. The cross communication drive draws 1 Watt. Both of the encoder modules on the unit draw 6 Watts each. Therefore the total power drawn from the power section is 20.5 Watts. The dimensions of the control section are 241 x 49.5 x 103 millimeters. Only professionally trained personnel should install the unit. Only qualified personnel should service and maintain the unit.
