The Bosch Rexroth CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-EN2-MA1-S2-S-NN-FW is a CSH01.1 series advanced control section. It is suited to single-axis applications. Bosch also develops other types of control sections that are suited to double axis applications. The CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-EN2-MA1-S2-S-NN-FW is a modular device with an integrated RS-232 serial interface, a memory card slot and four slots for optional modules. Each of the slots for optional modules on the CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-EN2-MA1-S2-S-NN-FW is occupied. Slot 4 which is reserved for a safety module features a module that supports safe motion. Slot 1 and 2 on the unit both feature an encoder EnDat 2.1 module. Slot 3 on the module feature an analog I/O extension module. This particular module is used to increase the total number of I/O channels on the control section. It adds two input channels and two output channels.

Functions supported by the control panel include setting of SERCOS transmit power, viewing error memory, and set the analog outputs. Master communication module on the CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-EN2-MA1-S2-S-NN-FW supports Profibus. The CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-EN2-MA1-S2-S-NN-FW is only approved for use with specified applications and accessories. Use of the device for non-approved applications is considered improper use, which leads to voiding of the product warranty.
