The drive controllers in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system are used to control electric motors and monitor their operations. They are compact components of the system that comprise control sections and power sections. There are different classes of control sections in this system, such as those in the future-proof CSH01 family. They are used in handling and mounting systems, machine tools, packaging and food machines, and printing and paper processing machines.
The CSH01.1C-PB-EN1-NNN-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW is a model of the configurable control sections of the CSH01 series by Bosch Rexroth. It is a device in the ADVANCED control section range designed for high performance and dynamics. Its PROFIBUS communication module ensures the cyclical exchange of all the specified and actual values with the bus users. It also aids the simplified startup of the drive controller with the user-friendly IndraWorks software for PC by Bosch Rexroth. An interface for Resolver and HSF Encoder Evaluation is integrated into this control section; it supports systems with a supply voltage of DC 8V or AC 18.2V peak-peak, such as the hall sensor box SHL01.1.
The safety technology feature that is built into the CSH01.1C-PB-EN1-NNN-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW is starting lockout. It prevents the motor from starting up unintentionally when a part of the system is turned off to sort any issues. The starting lockout module of this control section complies with stop category 0 according to EN60204-1. With its standard user panel, its error memory can be accessed, and the basic load defaults procedure can be started. The user panel can also be used to set the drive address and the analog outputs and to establish the position data reference.
