Product Description
There are two essential components in the drive controllers of the ultra-efficient Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. These are the power section and the control section, which is plugged into the power section. The CSH01 control sections are a family of devices in the IndraDrive drive system designed for motion control applications where high-performance and dynamics are required. These include handling and mounting systems, machine tools, packaging and food machines, and printing and paper processing machines.
The CSH01.1C-PB-EN1-NNN-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW is a configurable control section of the CSH01 series in Bosch Rexroth’s ADVANCED control section range. Its features include an interface for Resolver and HSF Encoder Evaluation and an encoder emulation interface. The Resolver and HSF Encoder Evaluation interface is designed for systems like the hall sensor box SHL01.1; they require a supply voltage of DC 8V or AC 18.2V peak-peak. With its encoder emulation interface, the control section can evaluate emulated absolute value and incremental encoder signals. These signals are galvanically isolated from the circuit board. With its PROFIBUS communication option, this CSH01 model communicates seamlessly with other IndraDrive drive components and ensures the smooth exchange of data.
Several application-related safety functions can be achieved with the Safety Technology I/O module of the CSH01.1C-PB-EN1-NNN-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW. These include safety-related direction of motion, safety-related drive interlock, safety-related reduced speed, and safety-related standstill. The standard control panel on the control section allows users to perform operations like setting the drive address, accessing the error memory, and setting the analog outputs. It is equipped with a single-line display and four sturdy keys to ensure this. Also, the control section can be operated using the user-friendly IndraWorks software tool by Rexroth.
