Product Description
Control sections are among the popular products created by Bosch Rexroth AG. The control sections manufactured by this firm differ with regard to their interfaces, pulse frequencies, cycle times, and configurability. The Rexroth IndraDrive control sections are categorized into three categories which include basic, basic universal, and advanced. The basic control sections are comprised of CSB01.1N-FC (Basic 1), CSB01.1N-SE (Basic 2), CSB01.1N-PB (Basic3), and CSB01.1N-AN (Basic 4). Every basic control section features a single-axis and is not configurable.
The basic universal control sections include CSB01.1C (Basic 5) and CDB01.1C. Both CSB01.1C and CDB01.1C control sections are configurable. The CSB01.1C control sections are available with single-axis while CDB01.1C control units come with double-axis. CSH01.1C, CSH01.2C, and CSH01.3C make up the category of advanced control sections. All the advanced control sections are configurable and are equipped with single-axis. There are optional modules for Rexroth IndraDrive control sections such as I/O extensions, safety technologies, and communications among others. The firmware for most of the control sections are ordered separately. To ensure the control sections are reliable and do not pose any danger to the users, the manufacturer tests them before delivery.
The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-NNN-MA1-NN-S-NP-FW part is one of the advanced control sections from Bosch Rexroth AG. This control section is configurable even though it doesn’t have an option for safety technology. The line and design of this control section are 01 and 2 respectively. Like most of the control sections in the advanced category, this part is available with an IndraDyn encoder. The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-NNN-MA1-NN-S-NP-FW part also features an analog I/O extension as well as a standard control panel on the front view. The analog I/O extension is intended to equip the control section with analog channels that have a better resolution. It can also be used to increase the number of analog channels. The standard control panel displays commands, error diagnosis, states of operations, and warnings.
