The Bosch CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-NNN-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW is a control section for IndraDrive controllers. Four slots are available on the front panel of the unit. Three of these can be used to install optional modules. One of these slots is reserved for a safety module. Two slots for optional modules on the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-NNN-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW are occupied and contain an IndraDyn encoder module and an analog I/O extension module respectively. One slot for optional modules is vacant and can accommodate one from a wide range of available options. The safety module that is pre-installed on the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-NNN-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW supports starting lockout. Bosch manufacturers three types of control sections for IndraDrive controllers including advanced, basic and basic universal. The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-NNN-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW is an advanced control section that includes an integrated RS-232 interface and several analog and digital I/Os.
The minimum SERCOS cycle time supported by the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-NNN-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW is 250 microseconds. The positon control cycle time options are 250 and 500 microseconds. The velocity control cycle time options are 125 and 250 microseconds. The current control cycle time options are 62.5 and 125 microseconds. The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-NNN-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW operates over a wide range of switching frequencies including 2 kilohertz, 4 kilohertz, 8 kilohertz, 12 kilohertz and 16 kilohertz. The configuration of the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-NNN-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW can be performed from a standard control panel or from a PC with programming software that is connected to the serial interface on the control section. The unit operates at 24 Volts DC which is supplied by the power section on which is mounts. The power draw of the unit is 7.5 Watts. The power consumption of the analog extension module is 2 Watts. The power consumption of the encoder module is 6 Watts. The power consumption of the safety module on the unit is 2 Watts.
