The CSH01 control section series comprises a group of control sections in the ADVANCED control range. These compact control sections are components of drive controllers in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system, a world-class drive system for all kinds of automation efforts. They are generally equipped with integrated digital and analog outputs. These devices are commonly used in applications such as handling and mounting systems, food processing and packaging machines, printing and paper processing machines, and machine tools.

The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-MEM-MA1-NN-S-XP-FW is a configurable control section in the ADVANCED control section range by Bosch Rexroth. Like other control sections in the CSH01 series, it is designed for high-performance and highly dynamic operations. Its interfaces include a standard encoder interface, an encoder emulation interface, and an Analog I/O extension. Encoder systems like the encoder of the MSK synchronous servo motor, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track can be connected to the standard encoder interface of the control section. Its encoder emulation interface permits absolute value and incremental encoder signals that will be evaluated by a control unit to be emulated.

The use of firmware is supported in the operation of the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-MEM-MA1-NN-S-XP-FW. This firmware exists as an independent sub-item that must be ordered separately to be used with the control section. A standard control panel is used to commission and navigate the control section here. It comes with a single-line display and four robust keys for these functions. It can also be used to set the drive address, set the analog outputs, and access the device’s error memory. The control section belongs to category C3 according to IEC 61800-3.
