Product Description
One of the easiest and most cost-efficient ways to solve automation challenges is to use the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. The unique features of this drive system include its scalability and open communication. The control sections found in the CSH01 series are ADVANCED single-axis devices that comprise drive controllers in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. They are usually plugged into the power sections of these drive controllers. Yet, they are separate compact components that can be used in machine tools, handling, mounting systems, and paper processing machines.
The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-MEM-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is an ADVANCED configurable control section in the CSH01 series. One of its interfaces is a standard encoder evaluation interface suitable for encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. Examples of these encoders are the encoder system of MSK servo motors, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 interface. Another interface on the control section is an encoder emulation interface that allows the emulation of absolute value and incremental encoder signals, which are galvanically isolated from the circuit board. A control unit evaluates these signals.
As part of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system, the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-MEM-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW belongs to category C3 according to IEC 61800‑3. It supports the use of firmware, but the firmware must be ordered as a separate item. The control section also has a standard control panel with a crisp, single-line display. Information like the device’s operation status, its command, and error diagnoses and warnings are displayed on this control panel. It is not suited for hot plug and must be plugged in before switching off the drive controller.
