The Rexroth IndraDrive drive system is made up of such products, and some of them are the CSH01 ADVANCED control sections. They are specially designed for applications such as handling and mounting systems, food packaging and processing machines, printing and paper processing machines, and machine tools.
The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN2-MA1-L2-S-NN-FW is one of the ADVANCED control sections in the CSH01 series by Bosch Rexroth. It is a high-performing control section with permanently integrated digital and analog inputs and outputs for communication. One of its encoder interfaces is the standard evaluation interface for encoder systems with a 12 V supply voltage. Some of the encoders that can be connected to it are the sin-cos encoders (1 Vpp) with Hiperface and EnDat 2.1 interfaces, the encoders of the MSK motors of the IndraDyn S family, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track. It is also equipped with an encoder evaluation interface to which encoders like the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 interface and sense lines, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder (with reference track) can be connected.
The Analog I/O Extension on the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN2-MA1-L2-S-NN-FW can be equipped with analog channels with a better resolution. It provides two differential analog input channels and two analog output channels, each of which has a 12-bit resolution. The control section also features an integrated Safe Torque Off (STO) safety option connected with a stranded wire and a standard control panel.
