Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s drive and motion control units are ultra-modern products designed with future-proof features for cost-efficient applications. The CSH01 control sections are single-axis control sections of drive controllers in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. They are usually found plugged into the power sections of these drive controllers and can be ordered as separate components. The drive controllers with these control sections can be used in machine tools, handling, mounting systems, and food packaging and processing machines.
The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is one of the configurable control section models in the CSH01 series. One of its interfaces is a standard encoder evaluation interface for encoders like the encoders of the MSK IndraDyn S motors, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. There is also an interface for Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation which connects encoders like the digital servo feedback for MHD motors, resolver for MKD motors, and resolver without data memory. These encoder systems require a supply voltage of 8V DC or 18.2V AC peak-peak.
With its standard control panel, the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW can be commissioned and diagnosed for possible faults. The control panel is equipped with a single-line display on which information like the operation state and warnings are shown. It can also be used to set the drive address, set the basic load defaults procedure, establish the reference for position data, and set the analog outputs. This control section model belongs to category C3 according to IEC 61800‑3. Hence, it should not be run on public low-voltage mains that supply residential areas. In such situations, it requires the use of radio suppression filters.
