The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW is a modular CSH series control section. Three types of CSH series control sections are available for IndraDrive controllers including basic, basic universal and advanced. The three types differ in configurability, available interfaces and supported cycle times / switching frequencies. The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW belongs to the category of advanced control sections which is designed for single-axis applications. The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW supports multiple switching frequencies including 2 kilohertz, 4 kilohertz, 8 kilohertz, 12 kilohertz and 16 kilohertz. Master communication interface is not available. Optional modules installed on the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW include digital I/O extension, encoder HSF / RSF and encoder Indradyn / Hiperface. The slot for safety modules on the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW is empty. Slot 4 for optional modules is also empty. Dimensions of this advanced control section are 241 x 49.5 x 103 millimeters.
A standard control panel can be used to configured the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW. This control panel does not support hot-swap i.e. it needs to be connected before the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW is powered on. The control panel consists of a single-line display and 4-button keypad. The control panel can be used to set the analog inputs, view the error memory, configure the drive address, and trigger some simple commands. The comfort control panel is not compatible with the control section. A slot is provided on the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW for an optional multimedia card. This card can be used for reading and storing firmware, operating parameters and operating data. Two versions of the card are available: one version is pre-loaded with firmware and the other version is preformatted for easy parameter transmission.
