Product Description
The Rexroth CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-MA1-MD2-NN-S-NN-FW is a control section. A control section is plugged to a power section and together they make up a drive controller. Drive controllers are used to control motors and move them in precise angles and directions required. The control section is the portion of the drive control responsible for such controlling operations. Typical applications include machine tools, conveyor belt systems, handling, and mounting systems. The control section may be supplied unplugged to the power section and need to be mounted. Mounting should be carried out by trained persons as detailed by the manufacturer’s regulations. There is a possibility of damaging the control section and power sections due to electrostatic charges and mounting and dismounting the control section too often. Grounding of the exposed conductive parts coming into contact with the control section to discharge the charges handles the former. The latter is precluded by reducing the frequency of mounting and dismounting the control section. Control sections should not be used in applications which have not been expressly authorized by Rexroth. Using these components in such unauthorized conditions require additional measures for safety.
The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-MA1-MD2-NN-S-NN-FW has a X7 slot at the top into which a memory card can be slotted. It has a MultiEthernet master communication. The control section has an IndraDyn/Hiperface/1Vpp/TTL encoder, an Analog I/O extension and a Digital I/O extension in its X4, X8 and X10 connection slots respectively. The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-MA1-MD2-NN-S-NN-FW has two connection points, X31 and 32 with nine ports each. These slots take in the analog and digital inputs and outputs. The digital inputs have voltages and current of 24 Volts and 3 milliamperes, respectively. Digital outputs have voltages and currents of 24 volts and 0.5 Amperes, respectively. The analog inputs have an input voltage of +/- 10 V and a typical 160 kiloohms resistance. The analog output have an output voltage of 5 Volts and current of 1 milliampere.
