The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-ENS-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW is an industrial drive controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to control and monitor the operation of electrical motors used in industrial production systems. This drive controller is unlike convectional drive controllers as it can control the operation of an industrial motor over a broad speed range; it also contains a user-friendly operator panel that the operator can use to set the drive address, establish the position data reference, have a look at the error memory, start the basic load default procedure and set the analog output parameters. The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-ENS-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW industrial drive controller comprises two sections; the power section and the control section, each of these sections are integrated with a type plate that the industrial operator can use to verify the operational qualities of the controller. Also, this industrial drive controller is designed specifically to carry out single-axis control in the industrial servo system.
The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-ENS-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW industrial drive controller is designed with a multi-ethernet master communication system that controls the exchange of digital information between the drive controller and all other parts of the servo system. The housing of this drive controller is also designed according to the IP20 protection category; it contains special holes that allow for the easy integration of the controller into the external control cabinet. The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-ENS-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW industrial drive controller also contains about seven to eleven digital inputs and one analog input.
The permissible ambient temperature for the operation of this industrial drive controller falls between 0 to about 45 degrees Celsius; however, if when the motor is not in use, it can be stored at an ambient temperature as high as 75 degrees Celsius.
