Product Description
The Rexroth IndraDrive CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN2-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is an advanced control section of drive controller. It is designed to control electrical motors and monitor their operations. Typical applications for the CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN2-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW include handling and mounting systems, packaging and food machines, printing and paper processing machines, and machine tools. As making contact with equipment containing components that carry voltages in excess of 50 Volts can be dangerous for personnel, it is recommended that only trained and qualified personnel be allowed to perform installation and operations of the electric drive and control system. Safety regulations and guidelines should be followed at all times when working on the control section of the drive controller. The control section is a separate component that is plugged into the power section. As a standard, the drive controller is supplied ex works complete with control section. In exceptional cases, control sections can be delivered separately.
The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN2-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is an advanced control section with configurable and single axis features. It has 4 digital outputs with 1 analog output and 2 analog inputs. The digital and analog inputs/outputs in CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN2-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW are in accordance with IEC 61131. The control section is supplied with a DC voltage of 24 V. The power consumption for this section is 7 and 5 W for type 2 and 3 digital outputs respectively. This model has current control cycle time of 62.5 µs, velocity control cycle time of 125 µs, and position control cycle time of 250 µs. The optional modules included in this control section are Multi-ethernet, Encoder IndraDyn/ Hiperface, Encoder Endat 2.1, Analog I/O extension etc. This control section is not equipped with any safety technology and comes with standard control panel. In addition, this CHS01.1C control section has accessories like HAS05.1-003 and HAS05.1-005 signal level controllers. And for this control section firmware must be ordered as separate sub position.
