Product Description
The components of factory automation and drive systems designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth work together to provide the best automation solutions. The Rexroth IndraDrive drive system is made up of such components, enhancing its scalability in power and function. The drive controllers of this system are made up of power sections with their control sections plugged into them. The CSH01 ADVANCED control sections are designed for HMS, HCS02 and HCS03 drive controllers and are ideal for applications such as handling and mounting systems, paper processing and printing machines, machine tools, and food and packaging machines.
With its Multi-Ethernet field bus system, the CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN1-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW can communicate with drive system components. The bus system also allows its drive controller to be used with Ethernet field bus systems including SERCOS III, EtherCAT and ProfiNet. Encoder interfaces on it include a standard encoder interface and an encoder HSF/RSF interface. The recommended voltage rating for its operation is 24V DC. At this voltage, it has a power consumption rating that ranges between 5 W and 7 W, depending on its connected modules. Its typical inrush current rating is 4 A and its maximum pulse width is 100 ms.
The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-EN1-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW also has an RS232 serial interface that is used for programming, parameterizing and diagnosing errors on the device while it is being commissioned or serviced. Its standard control panel serves functions such as setting the drive address and analog outputs, accessing error memory, and starting the basic load defaults procedure. These functions can be carried out using its four keys and single-line display. The control panel is not suited for hot plug and must be connected before the drive controller is switched on.
